Our CEO: Ben Montgomery

In 1974, after attending the University of Texas and Baylor University, I joined my father in our family-owned well service business Carr Well Service, Inc.

In 1998 I established BCM & Associates, Inc. as the successor of Carr Well Service. I am now serving as the President and Secretary / Treasurer of BCM & Associates, Inc. While there have been many achievements over the years, I am especially proud of the fact that the key employees of BCM were also employees of Carr Well Service.
