Our commitment to safety starts at the top, with the senior executives. They routinely go out into the field and observe how safety processes are put into practice. If they identify potential problems, they work with local supervisors to ensure that the issues are resolved.
We believe all injuries and work related illness are preventable by practicing safe behaviors. Every employee has the right and the responsibility to stop a job if they believe it is unsafe. We believe that no business objective will take priority over Health, Safety or Environment. Simply put, no task is too important or urgent that it cannot be done safely.
Every BCM & Associates Inc. employee is trained – not once, but again and again – on safe work practices. One of our work practices, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), teaches employees to identify hazards in each step of their work and how to eliminate or reduce the hazards.
